Mr Grantley Haynes is currently the Birmingham Crack & Cocaine Strategy Manager. 

He has worked in youth social services for a period of eight years. He has worked in the field of substance misuse and specifically Crack Cocaine for over ten years.

Previous to his current position he set up and was team manager of the Wheeler Street Crack Treatment Programme in Birmingham.

Wheeler Street pioneered radical approaches to working with crack in a way that has encouraged other services to think differently about treatment per se.

As well as tackling drug problems in Birmingham, Mr Haynes is a public speaker and facilitator of training at a national and international level. 

Mr Haynes currently sits as a non-executive director at the National Treatment Agency London, is the Chair of the C.O.C.A. board of trustees London, is a trustee of Mo Mo Helps and currently sits on the Home Office, Drug Strategy Directorates Diversity Forum
